중국과 카자흐스탄, 키르기스스탄, 투르크메니스탄, 타지키스탄, 우즈베키스탄의 고위 관리들이 중국시안에서 모여 중앙아시아-중국 협력 기구 사무국을 지난당 30일 출범시켰다.
카자흐 측에서는 알리베크 바카예프 (Alibek Bakayev) 외교부 차관이 중앙아시아-중국 사무국 개회식에 참석했다. 특히 사무국 출범은 2023년 시안에서 열린 제1차 중앙아-중국 정상회담의 성과라는 점을 강조했다. 그는 지역 국가들과의 선린 관계를 포함한 카자흐스탄의 외교 정책 우선순위를 언급했다.
카자흐 외교관은 사무국의 설립이 중앙아시아-중국 형식 내에서 지역 의제를 발전시키기 위한 더 나은, 그리고 조율된 노력의 길을 열 것이라고 강조했다.

Central Asia-China Secretariat Launched in Xian
Senior officials from China and Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan gathered in Xian on March 30, 2024, to inaugurate the Secretariat of the Central Asia-China cooperation mechanism.
From the Kazakh side, Deputy Foreign Minister Alibek Bakayev attended the Central Asia-China Secretariat opening ceremony. In particular, it was underlined that the launch of the Secretariat was an outcome of the 1st Central Asia-China Summit, which took place in Xian in 2023. He highlighted the foreign policy priorities of Kazakhstan, including good-neighborly relations with countries in the region.
The Kazakh diplomat emphasized that the establishment of the Secretariat would pave the way for better and coordinated efforts to advance the regional agenda within the Central Asia-China format.
